Explore Halifax from a unique perspective. This adventure is fun, packed with moments of Zen & adrenaline, local stories & folklore and we travel at a comfortable pace. Perfect for students, couples, families (Age 6+), tour groups & corporate team-building. Your Atlantic Ocean-Halifax Harbour paddle requires no previous kayaking experience as a short introduction to paddling & safety briefing is provided. Anyone with a moderate fitness level may easily participate and enjoy.
Guided paddles include outfitting & instruction. We are on the water approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Paddling route subject to change based upon marine life encounters, weather conditions & marine traffic.

- Paddle the Northwest Arm to Seal Cove or Dingle Tower
- Discover the most beautiful, serene place to watch the sunset in the city
- Seals, ospreys & other marine life are most active at sunrise & sunset.
- Explore the urban wilderness of Point-Pleasant-Park or Sir-Sanford-Fleming-Park
- No previous kayaking experience necessary.
- Tandem (2-person) and single kayaks available.

Join our fun, professionally-guided paddle of the Northwest Arm of the Halifax Harbour & discover a side of Halifax few locals and guests ever experience:
Together, we’ll explore this sheltered arm of the Halifax Harbour dotted by sailboats, yacht clubs, oceanfront cottages & mansions, rugged shorelines & boreal forests, a Napoleonic War era prison, Sir Sanford Fleming Tower and Dead Man’s Island. Learn about the Halifax Explosion. Our most common marine life encounters include seals, cormorants, osprey & starfish.
